<p>This program allows you to utilize your private insurance for labs, hormones, prescription medications and nutritionist visits (recommended).</p><p>Labs ordered by our office are required prior to treatment and every 3 months for the first 6 month period. After that, labs ordered by our office are required every 6 months in order to have prescriptions refilled.</p><p><br></p><p>Administration setup fee: $150</p><p>$199/month for first 3 months, includes monthly wellness visits.</p><p><br></p><p>After the first 3 months, our enrichment program includes prescriptions, lab orders and mandatory wellness visits every 3 months, for $99/month. </p>

HRT Program with Insurance Pay

<p>This option is for those whose insurance does not adequately cover the required labs and/or hormone therapy and medications, or for those without private health insurance. We actively pursue cost-effective options for our patients to bring down the cost of labs and prescriptions to make this program accessible.</p><p><br></p><p>Administration setup fee: $150</p><p>4-month starter program includes 2 labs (initial and again at 3 months), visit with licensed nutritionist, hormones, monthly wellness coaching and 2 supplements/month.</p><p>$2500.00. You save $200 by paying up front; however, it you'd prefer to pay monthly, you can opt to make 4 monthly payments of $675.</p><p><br></p><p>After the starter program is complete, clients can continue with our enrichment program which covers hormone therapy and medications, 2 labs/year, 2 supplements/month and 2 wellness visits/year for $325/month.</p>

HRT Program Private Pay

This includes prescription writing, lab orders and mandatory wellness visits every 3 months. Labs are required every 6 months and can either be self-pay or through insurance.</p>

Weight Loss Program Insurance Pay

<p>This option is for those whose insurance does not adequately cover the required labs and/or weight loss medications, or for those without private health insurance. We actively pursue cost-effective options for our patients to bring down the cost of labs and prescriptions to make this program accessible.</p><p><br></p><p>Administration fee: $150</p><p><br></p><p>Lab fee ($300-$400) for required initial labwork</p><p>$300/month for semaglutide, $400/month for tirzepatide until desired weight loss is reached. Includes weight loss medications, adjunct medications, monthly wellness coaching and 2 supplements /month.</p><p><br></p><p>Add nutrition consults for additional $50/month or can utilize insurance.
