This option is for those whose insurance does not adequately cover the required labs and/or hormone therapy and medications, or for those without private health insurance. We actively pursue cost-effective options for our patients to bring down the cost of labs and prescriptions to make this program accessible.
Administration setup fee: $150
4-month starter program includes 2 labs (initial and again at 3 months), visit with licensed nutritionist, hormones, monthly wellness coaching and 2 supplements/month.
$2500.00. You save $200 by paying up front; however, it you'd prefer to pay monthly, you can opt to make 4 monthly payments of $675.
After the starter program is complete, clients can continue with our enrichment program which covers hormone therapy and medications, 2 labs/year, 2 supplements/month and 2 wellness visits/year for $325/month.
